What is the difference between “information” and “knowledge”?
“Information” contains both useful and useless information. While knowledge only contains useful information.
What is the difference between adaptive and cognitive?
Adaptive means the system or entity changes its behaviour or action according to criterias. While cognitive means not only the behaviour changes, the criterias also changes. So learning aspect is what differs cognitive from adaptive.
