Wow, I can’t believe that I haven’t written anything bout James Cameron’s Avatar. It’s been three days after we watched it. I guess it’s not the kind of movie that gives a strong impression that makes you want to blog or tweet about it well, for me.

What I like from Avatar:

Great visual effect and animations
I like the 3D character, cause it looks more “human”, the expression I mean.
The setting is cool, feels like in Magic The Gathering world, especially the flying rocks, like Zendikar world ^^
I like the big red bird turok macto (is this correct spelling?)

What I don’t like from avatar:

The 3D glass. lil bit annoying, n made me dizzy lil bit at the beginning
The story is too predictable. And the theme is just like Surrogates (Bruce Willis)
It’s so american. I mean, the avatar, kissing, come on. They should be more creative. The avatar connects to the nature, like animal and plants, through their tail. So they should just connect their tails with each other. Just my two cents.

Well I guess I am more to “story” type of guy. If the story is good, then everything will follow. But I don’t hate avatar, I even recommend it! I just hate the guy on my right when I watched it, grrr
