One photo one song #200: What Steve Jobs said to John Sculley
Monday, July 19th, 2010One photo one song #200: What Steve Jobs said to John Sculley, the vice president of PepsiCo at that time. I know, the pic should be Pepsi instead of Coca cola, but it just reminded me of this quote when I drank the Kora (Coca cola in Japanese). There’s a short story of Jobs and Sculley here http://www.silicon-valley-story.de/sv/apple_sculley.html for those who are interested ^^ Basically, because of what Jobs said, a man who had a high and secure position like Sculley at that time took a decision that many would think absurd. But I think he made the right decision. There have been no changes or innovations at all from the cola world. Well, maybe coca cola zero counts as one. But aside from that, it feels like there’s nothing changing, cause no changes are needed. It’s good already the way it is.
Jobs’ words was impressive, I’d say. He might really have the reality distortion field (those who have watched a Taiwanese video aboit Apple will surely understand this ^^) Jobs, with many flaws as a human he is, has some great qualities that I respect so much ^^

Anyway, it’s $32 in amazon.com and ¥1500 in amazon.co.jp. So it’s a very good deal, I’d say^^ And the excitement when the claw grabbed it then it fell, was priceless ^^ The claaaaaaaw ~~ (refer to the green aliens from ToyStory :p)
